What? Are you telling me that one of Obama’s keys to his financial success is the fact that he is selfish? Yes, I am. Hey, the guy is a millionaire and as you can see from his latest tax returns he gave about 6 percent of his income to charitable works.

That is commendable. I highly respect the notion of his giving to and supporting different charitable causes. I would say that giving is a big part of increasing and expanding your abundance. Now, you might be thinking, well isn’t it wrong to be selfish. Is it though?

Is it really wrong to look out, care, and love one’s self to the extent that no one else’s well-being around you matters? Why is being selfish wrong too? It is all a matter of your beliefs but the fact of the matter is that you cannot create in anyone else’s life experiences nor do you have the ability to make anyone else happy. So if that is true, then wouldn’t being selfish be a natural way of “being” for us…

If happiness is our job, then would not doing what makes US happy be the only thing that drives and motivates our actions and how we choose to live. Now you might be thinking, if all of us were selfish then it wouldn’t be a cruel world where people would not give and compete against one another. Doubtful. The more you make your joy and happiness your own mission in life the more you have to share with others but you share this joy because you have filled yourself up with it and it just naturally flows out, not because you feel like you have to. The world would be a happier place if we all did for self. Now as far as competition, that whole notion comes from a place of lack and scarity. These are all just thoughts running in the psyche of humans which are not true but people who believe and think that way will always have to compete and will always feel unfulfilled because their success came through stepping on the neck of their fellow brother. It does not have to be this way. There is a ribbon in the sky for all of us so says Stevie Wonder and the metaphor behind that is that there is more than enough to go around for us all. There is an infinite supply for all of us.

Since we are dealing in the realm of finances let’s look at how our “sacrificial lamb” mentality and “trying to please others” mentality can often block our abundance. Most people have a sincere desire to be wealthy for various reasons. However, when you hear most people’s reason for wanting to be rich it is because “so I can do for others and help my family”. Now that sounds noble to most people that is actually a reflection of a huge block to abundance which is the belief that “I am not good enough”. That limiting belief is the reason why most lotto winners end up losing all their money which could be in the millions within 3-4 years of winning it. It makes total sense when you hear what most lotto winners say they are going to do with that $10 million prize. “Oh I am going to give some money to my church, give some money to my sick uncle, give some to a local charity, and give some money to my grandchild, and give some money to my nephew, etc”. Now how many times do you hear lotto winners discuss all things that are going to do for self. How often do you hear lotto winners discuss how they are going to buy a mini-boat, a new house, a new wardrobe, a fine collection of suits, take a few trips around the world, and then give some money to charity. Rarely. Why because if they were to say or do that then they would be called selfish and remember “it is wrong to be selfish” and “you have to sacrifice for people and for God” and for whoever else. These are all limiting beliefs and the overarching theme behind them all is the feeling that I am not good enough or there is something “wrong or evil” about me. If you have these negative beliefs about yourself, manifesting your birthright of abundance will be very difficult if not impossible.

Now who is the first person you pay or give money to when you receive your payroll check or some other form of compensation. It is to you RIGHT because if it is not then you are once again saying that you are not worthy of wealth. Hey, you earned the money so why give to your church, your creditors, or to anyone else before giving to yourself. It is time to be selfish people and pay yourself first and then give to everybody else. Second, do you have trouble giving to others but not to you. That is another manifestation of the “I am not worthy” programming kicking in. Set aside 10 percent of your earnings to do something fun that you enjoy. Take yourself out to a restaurant, go see a movie that you want, take a trip to the Bahamas wherever and whatever. The whole point of doing this is help to build your deserving muscle because each and every one of us does deserve wealth and abundance. We have been taught to sacrifice, to put others before ourself, and that it is better to give than to receive but those are all limiting beliefs that many of us have unconsciously adopted. Now, I am saying not to give, absolutely not. I am a big believer in giving, most prosperity books I read recommend giving about 5 to 10 percent of your earnings to charitable organizations or to your church. If you are finding that most of your money is going towards what someone else wants instead towards you and your desires that once again is a reflection of the “I am unworthy” belief running. Our president only gave 5 percent of his income away and spent most of his income on his desires and needs. For that reason, he most likely continue to grow in abundance for that statistic is a reflection of his belief that he is worthy of prosperity.

I understand that many of us have put our bliss and happiness on the backburner under the guise that we are adding to the happiness of someone else. But we are not because you have no power to make another happy. Happiness is something that exists within each and every one of us and it is something we can experience in any moment. It is also independent of circumstances. There are people out there who have amazing lives who are unhappy and there are people out there who have undesirable lives who are still happy. Since happiness exists in me and you, then there is nothing that we can ever do to bring another happiness. Once again, that person already has happiness. Now, they might have some limiting beliefs about it (I need this person to be this way so I can be happy, etc) but it is still something that everyone already has. Most of us just never knew it. Hey, there is no point in bringing sand to a beach.

I also understand that many were taught that there is something wrong with them and that they are not good enough. Once again that is not true. We are all perfect and we can never do any wrong and we are all worthy of whatever it is that our heart desires. And we do not owe anyone (that includes God and government) anything; we owe it ourselves to cultivate our own happiness and peace of mind. Having “a me” first attitude does not mean that you do not give or that you try to step on others to be successful. It means you understand that there is enough for everyone and that ultimately you have the power to create the kind of life you want and will truly enjoy without having to answer and be judged by no one. Others may not like how you live your life but the biggest question is how do YOU like how you live your life? Do you feel fulfilled and happy? If not, then be aware and move beyond that negative “I should not for self” “I have to sacrifice” “I am not good enough” line of thinking and behaving because it really could be the difference between living a magical life and just “getting by”. Be selfish yall, it is okay, you cannot harm nobody, you actually can do more for others by loving, acknowledging, and doing for self! We have a presidential example that is proof of this. The photo above is a prime example of the changing paradigm amongst humanity in embracing and celebrating possibility. The text above reads the Black Royal Cop could have never imagined that he would be escorting a Black American president in the British corridors of power. In his frame of reality, this was not possible. However, the election of a Black American president within the content of American history proves that any and all things are possible. As a matter of fact, one of the President’s main campaign slogans was “Yes We Can” which reflected the power of possibility. However the belief in possibility and phrases such as “Yes We Can” are huge when you understand the Law of Attraction and how our beliefs literally shape the reality we perceive to be real.

Science has now proven that we live in a world of infinite possibility. What scientists have discovered is that EVERYTHING in the Universe is energy and that all energy is connected to one single energy field. All the energy in the Universe is connected to this field, me, you, Obama, your cat, and a hamburger. Within in this energy field, infinite possibilities exist. Science, quantum physics to be specific, tells us that this energy in the Universe exist as both waves and particles often simultaneously. The waves are what we call invisible but that does not mean that they are not real or do not exist. They are just not real to us. The particles are what human beings perceive as solid, our chair, our bodies, computers, etc. However, what we perceive as solid or as “real” also exist as waves too. Now what makes the infinite waves form into particles? You. Science also tells us of the phenomenon known as the observer effect. Through our observation of these waves, we actually form the particles or solid objects we perceive as real. Now when our attention is not on these objects, these objects actually cease to exist in our physical world since they become waves of pure potentiality. Through our attention to these waves again is how these waves become particles or “reality” again. To sum it up in regular Joe terms, you are literally a “movie projector” and what you see in your reality is coming from within you!

So are you telling me that nothing in the “physical” world actually exists? Yes, it only exists through our observation that makes it real. Now since we are all our own projectors (creators) then it would make sense that we have our own projections or what we call our life. So there is no “out there”? According to quantum physics no, there is only the observer creating what he or she perceives to be “out there” but it does not make out there “real”. In essence, all reality is subjective or based upon the observation of the observer. Subjective means based on the observer and the beliefs of the observer. Now I will add that only “objective” reality or things that do not need our belief in them for them for them to exist would be the Law of Attraction and the Law of Gravity.

Now included in what scientists found out about the observer effect was that the observation was always affected by what the observer believed or expected. If the observer (scientist) believed the energy would show up as waves then that is how the energy would “appear”. If the observer believed that the energy would show up as particles then that is how the energy would “appear”. Scientists were at first baffled until they realized that hey I am creating the outcome of this experiment. Likewise, all of us are creating the outcomes of “experiment” which we call our life.

Okay, I gave you a little science behind the Law of Attraction so how does believing in possibility fit into all this. It is everything! If you believe or think in terms of possibility then those possibilities must be formed into your reality. If you believe or think in terms impossibility, then the waves will not be formed into your reality. The reality or something out there will be invisible but hey that is because you believe something is not possible. Remember we always get to be “right” in life. Whatever we believe, we must conceive. Also, regardless of your religious persuasion, it says in the Bible “With God, all things are possible”. How true. Notice though, it did not say one thing or two things or a million things are possible. It says ALL things are possible and that is true. That statement can be proven scientifically by understanding that we live in a world of infinite possibilities.

For so long, we have been taught or given what is and what is not possible for us. In the political realm, I and many other Americans have always believed in the impossibility of a Black president so thereby that became our country’s experience. However, there was a shift and it might have been an unconscious one because now we have one. With this election, it is exciting that more people are open to the possibilities that could exist for them too. All possibilities DO exist for you on quantum physics level.

Now, I am going to apply this to the world and for the things of your life that you want to create. A common limiting belief in the medical arena is that certain diseases are not curable. Is that true? Well it is only to those who believe that. If you have been diagnosed with any life threatening ailment, it is possible for you to be well again? YES! Is it possible to heal yourself from AIDS? YES! Is it possible for the blind to see again? YES!! Is it possible for organs to regenerate and grow back again? YES! Remember, we live in a world of infinite possibilities but yet so many of us literally “kill” what could be possible in our lives through our constantly thinking and saying the disempowering word “Can’t”. “I can’t do that”, I can’t be successful”, “I can’t afford it”, “I can’t see the possibility of that happening”. Always remember that when you believe it then you must by LAW see it. It is not your job to see it but to believe it!!

Now, I know most of you are sitting there reading this article and thinking okay this sounds inspirational and great but HOW in the heck are these things possible. My answer is I have no clue but I do know that is not our job to figure out HOW things can come true. That is the job of the Universe or the Divine. Our job is to believe in the possibilities that we want for our lives and feel as though that they already exist NOW. Leave the hows alone! Our job is to also let go of any thoughts that things are not possible for us. That is just old negative programming at play there, it is not true. You want financial freedom and security, believe it is possible for you. Want to be in a relationship of your dreams, believe it is possible! Want to walk on water, believe it is possible!! Can America be a prosperous, peaceful, and joyful nation? Yes we can, it is possible! Can we all just get along? Yes we can, it is possible! Okay, I think you get the point about possibility but know this. Whether you believe in possibility or can or in impossibility and “can’t”, that will always be your “truth” or holographic projection. So why not believe in possibility? Yes We Can, It is Possible!! Thanks for reading.

The Law of Attraction and The Madoff Scandal

The situation regarding Bernie Madoff and his “victims” is no accident when you understand the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction states that you attract that which you are in vibrational resonance with. The Universal law is always at work for everyone just like gravity is and is not a respecter of persons but responds to vibration. My intention with this article is examine some of the possible ways in which the Madoff “victims” attracted the circumstances in which they lost significant life savings or more. This article is not about demeaning or blaming those “victims”. I intend to examine how these circumstances could have been possibly created via the Law of Attraction. I will examine the role that limiting beliefs play in creating certain “accidents” in our lives too.

First, our vibration is determined by our thoughts, words, feeling, actions, and our physical reality is a reflection and supports our vibration in that moment. Another key portion of our vibration is our BELIEFS. Our beliefs are huge because they literally create the things we see in our lives. There is an old saying when that you believe it then you will see it. Now many people think that what they see causes their beliefs but this is absolutely backwards and would also imply we are “victims” of the world around us. Our beliefs create what we see in our experience (reality) and also manifest “evidence” (our truth) to support our beliefs.

Beliefs

Okay so how do beliefs play in a role in the circumstances surrounding this Madoff’s victims. Well, since the situation was financially related then the cause (beliefs) would lead the given effect (losing life savings). People overall have a lot of limiting beliefs about themselves, money, and what life would be like when they are wealthy. The first belief would be that these people believe in victimization. However there are no victims in the Universe. Even in our belief in victimhood, we still create “evidence” to support our belief in this. Perhaps these individuals believed in the concept of victimization and thereby created another event or circumstances to justify their belief in victimhood.  Or they may have been feeling guilty.  All guilty feeling create a need to be victimized – to even out the score.

Many of these individuals were financially well-off however these kinds of circumstances often times cause our limiting beliefs to really reveal themselves even if we have manifested large sums of money. Beliefs such as:

“I will lose it all when I get a lot of money”

“It is not right for me to have when others do not”

“I am not good enough”

“People will not like me for being wealthy”

“More money, more problems”

“It is too stressful to have a lot of money”

“It is greedy for me to have all this money”

“I am doing the wrong thing – I feel guilty”

All of those beliefs and more could have played a major role in these individuals losing their money. Those limiting beliefs are the reason why a vast majority of lottery winners end up losing all their money within 2 years or less of winning the lotto. These beliefs will literally repel money or if you have money will create circumstances in which you will lose it “accidentally”. This is definitely bound to happen particularly if a person is unconscious (unaware) of these disempowering patterns of thinking.

Fear

Whatever you fear will appear. In this current economic situation, many people are afraid of the stock market going down or their bank going under and them losing significant sums of money. Unbeknownst to many, fearing these things actually creates them into their life. You cannot focus upon what you do not want and manifest what you do want. Perhaps, the Madoff victims spent too much time worrying about their money and dwelling in fear over the possibility of losing it.

These things and more probably played a role in these people creating this into their lives. In this scenario, Madoff was “how” these people created the circumstances in which their money was lost. With the Law of Attraction, whatever vibrational frequency you emitting in the moment are creating more situations to experience. The Law of Attraction will also figure out how to manifest an event or circumstances that is reflection of that negative vibration too. So, the Madoff victims were emitting a vibration of resistance (fear, limiting beliefs) and the Universe lined up a “how” (Madoff) through which they could lose their money. In a sense, if the people did not lose their money through Madoff, the Universe would have created another “how” through which they could lose their money. There are an unlimited ways through which the Universe can create more situations to experience your current vibration whether it is negative or positive. Maybe a family member would take it, they would get a huge tax lien, or possibly a lawsuit. So Madoff was not the villain here, but the “how” and through his own vibration he was in alignment with participating in this circumstance with these people.

The important thing to remember is that the Law of Attraction is always responding to vibration, 24/7 day and night and it will always find ways to experience more of that vibration for you whether the circumstances that are created are perceived to be “good” or “bad”. As creators, it is our responsibility to be aware in the moment of our negative thoughts, words, feelings, and actions which are all a reflection of the vibration we are offering in that moment. Once we are aware of this, it is our job to shift this into a positive vibe. How do we make that shift? The best way would be to focus on being grateful for what we have. When we focus on what we are grateful for, then we attract more things to be grateful for. That is where all our creative power lies and will always lie. Thank you for reading.

For so long many African Americans have retained a sense of indignant hopelessness on the issue of race relations in this country.  While I am a preacher of love and forgiveness, many of my race hold fast to the past viewing all White Americans or rather White America is the enemy ~ as though reform is not an option.

It reminds me of today’s story “Obama To Sign Bill Including Earmarks ~ Claiming Earmark Reform Needed”. The people have responded.  Democrats, and of course Republicans, have their stomachs in a knot.  So Obama signs a bill which includes Earmarks, now he is trampling sacred campaign promises?

I think not!

For too long the American public has held simple minded views of politics and race in this country.  It is simple minded, in my opinion, to blame all white individuals for racial oppression.  It is more stimulating [for me personally] to find the usefulness, beauty and joy in relating to all Americans with civility and trust – even as some European ancestors did the deeds some chose to wear as scars on our backs.  But accepting this as a new day,  we can choose to find value in individuals of all race.  Obviously a view not as forth coming as it could.  We toss the baby with the bath water when we refuse to believe in the concept of reform.

Same goes for the Earmark spending of the past.  Sure, Earmarks have been used to fund out of control, and anonymous projects.  Sure, in the past there have been clear lack of transparency and integrity among those who used American tax dollars for unscrupulous purposes.  But often times, Earmarks are a powerful vehicle for change in small districts, special projects and government offices.  So shall we toss away Earmarks all together, just because some have abused the system?  Baby and bathwater again.

Whats more is the sheer lack of respect some give President Obama when he takes the enlightened, Zen, path by enlivening even a failed format to produce fresh and lively change.  The bill he signed today had been on the table for a year!  He signed it because it will help the American government continue to do it’s job.  Earmarks and all, the bill will do good, not more good than harm – just GOOD.  And he promises to bring Earmark spending into the light of day so all of us can see the usefulness of our tax dollars and not be bamboozled by government vampires.  He promised to reform the Earmark.  Zen.

But the simplistic view is this:  The man said he was against earmark spending and here he goes signing a bill to include earmark spending.  I do not like it! Sad state of affairs when we put so little trust in our own choices (president, yes, we chose him) that we second guess him into a no win situation.  We need to allow the man to do his job, stay learned on the current issues, and trust he is doing the very best he can, as promised, for the American people.  Why is this so difficult?

I guess for the same reason African Americans have a difficult time moving away the sting of slavery.  Sure, now is the time to release the past and move on to new frontiers.  Now is the time to embrace a new and empowering format of thought – Nothing and No One is against me, I can have, do or become anything I desire.  But that takes spiritual work and so will trusting President Barack Obama with the future of the free world.  I think we can do it.  Yes We Can.

Politics are mirrors of our collective consciousness or unconsciousness

Politics is always a hot topic in America. With the election of President Obama, people seem to have a renewed hope and belief in the political process. My intention in this article is not to propagate any political belief or persuasion but to examine politics from a quantum perspective. My intention in this article is also not blame anyone including politicians for anything because we are all creators whether we know it or not.

From a Law of Attraction standpoint, us, as US citizens, create a mirror (politician) of our collective vibration. So this means that a political leader will never come into office that is not a reflection energetically of the people he or she is representing. This would violate Universal Laws which can not be done, you can try though. Since we always attract on a national scale what we are in vibrational resonance with, what forms our vibrational resonance? Simple, our beliefs, thoughts, and feelings form our vibrational resonance and then our words, actions, and physical reality are reflection of this vibration. For example, let’s say a person believes in lack or scarcity. This individual believes in lack, think thoughts based in lack, feels lack, takes actions based in lack (competition, “conserving”), speaks about what they do not have or is missing, and consequently creates a holographic projection (reality) that is based in lack. Some will say, “well, look at my reality, there is lack”. But Quantum Engineers like us ask “what is the cause of this reality?” The answer is our collective vibration.

Okay, this sounds great but how does the collective vibration play into the political arena. Well, are not our politicians reflections of our collective beliefs?  Do not our politicians believe in competition or discuss how there is not enough resources in the world to support our habits? Politicians are merely reflecting back our inner beliefs. Now, everyone in this country might not have this concept or belief in lack, but the so-called disparities between the rich and poor reflect the idea that many people in this country do have this concept (lack). It is not that there is some grand conspiracy by politicians to make us believe in lack, but their beliefs or policies are merely a reflection of the beliefs or vibration that we often picked up when we were children…

Another example would be our belief in victims or villains. Many people in this country believe something external, the economy or politics, is responsible for their lives. This belief is very disempowering because it means that you are not creator or that we do not have free will over the course of our lives. We absolutely do, but of course if one believes that one does not, then that will play in one’s life. If someone is responsible for your life, when they do not fulfill their “responsibility” what is the next emotion that comes through, BLAME. Whenever you blame someone outside of self for your life experience then you have stripped yourself of all your power. Many people perceive that government (particularly ours) is attempting to disempower people when based on Universal Law, It cannot work that way.  We must already be vibrating “disempowerment” in order for disempowerment to occur. In a sense, we as a people believe in victimization, so as a reflection, government comes along and supports or enacts programs which support our collective belief in victimhood.

Wonderful reflections are political leaders within certain countries who engage in mass genocide or tyranny against the people they are leading. This is not being done unto the people, the people (not all) are having this done unto themselves, they believe that they are victims first and then the government steps in to prove them right! Growing up so called “Black” person in this country, I definitely saw this being played out due to our collective beliefs (vibration). Many Blacks believe that we are victims and so they attract or create more opportunities to experience their belief in victimhood which means all of the police brutality and discrimination that many African Americans witness has nothing to do with the “system”; it is our collective belief that we are VICTIMS that is the cause of that experience.

Our belief in villains is also played in the political arena. Of course if we believe in victimhood then there has to be a villain. If Blacks believe we were victims of slavery then the villains would have to be Europeans. The belief in victim or villain are limitations though. Once again, we create our lives and it does not make whatever we create or co-create good or bad. The belief in good or bad is another limitation we as a collective have adopted.  But we have judged the situation inaccurately.

Judgment does not relevant, everything in the Universe simply IS;  And, it IS because we believe it IS. Getting back to my point about villains, we definitely see this reflection in politics. Do politicians not believe in a prison system to place all the “villains” of society? Do politicians not believe in the death penalty to punish all “villains” of society? Do politicians also believe in wars and conflicts to eradicate all the villains of society and within the world? These politicians are just reflections of us. How many of us believe that our bosses, parents, clergy, mates, or other external forces or entities are villainizing us and causing us grief and turmoil? How often do we say that “This person pisses me off and they victimized and hurt me”. In society, we have whole talk shows and counseling centered around this. However, there are no villains and no victims in the Universe. Likewise there is no good or no evil in the Universe. Everything just IS and we all create the “what is” in our lives, whether we believe or perceive this to be “good or bad”.

Fear and politics

Many of us observe that politicians try to sell us a lot of fear. Fear about the economy, fear over terrorism, fear over job loss, fear over this, fear over that. However, from a quantum perspective, no one can sell you anything that you are not in vibrational resonance with. Collectively, us in society are scared to f*ckin death over everything. We are afraid to fail, afraid to lose money, afraid to die, afraid to get into an accident, afraid to public speak, afraid over “identity theft”, afraid of being robbed, afraid of each other, and I could go on but you get my drift. Fear is one of the most pervasive vibrations on this planet at this time. Now much of that stems from the belief in lack or need. Need in the sense that we are lacking something or the belief that we cannot be happy until something external comes into our experience. Beyond that though, it is our fear of death. Think about it, we try to protect our homes because we do not want a big nasty muggler to come into our homes and then kill us. Oh no!! Our fear over that unknown experience known as death causes many of other fears or phobias. This fear of seath stems from not understanding the purpose of life!  Let me give some new perspectives, there is no death and all so-called deaths are suicides. In a sense, we are eternal spiritual beings having a human experience and we also create our own death and the circumstances surrounding our “deaths”. When you can release your fear over death then you can live and truly have “security”. True security is knowing that nothing can ever harm you and that you can never truly “die”. Energy is neither created nor destroyed, but who is teaching the children this?

Complaining and Politics

Complaining has become a very unconscious behavior in this country. People complain about this and complain about that and it is done so often that in our subconsciousness we consider complaining to normal. Politics is definitely a major area where people do a lot of complaining. Now one of the principles of the Law of Attraction says whatever you focus upon expands. Whenever we complain our attention is on what we do not have, want, or like. So what is expanding? What we do not want expands when we complain about it. Often times, our political leaders are doing more of the stuff because we have been sending out a collective complaining energy that creates more of what we do not want for them to do.

Often times, we feel as though we are justified in our complaints about politicians. Let me say this, complaining about anything or anyone is never justified; that is just an ego based thought that you have. From a deeper level, you are projecting what is inside of you onto another individual or subject. If you are complaining externally then you complain a lot about your own life or yourself. If you are the kind of person who judges another, then you judge yourself the exact same way if not more. People have this limiting belief that goes “I am feeling this way because of…..” which is based in victim mentality. In truth, you are feeling a certain way because you feeling a certain way which is not bad, that is just the way you are feeling, but it absolutely never has to do with any external. I am not advocating suppressing emotions or thoughts or what you have to realize is that when you are complaining you are disempowering yourself and creating more of what you do not want in your life and in the world. Catch yourself and shift your focus immediately when you are doing this.

Do not want focus

We have political views and opinions but our perceptions are neither right nor wrong. Many people have this perception about their being “right” and they also have this need to be right. When people have these beliefs then it becomes a matter of resisting or push against those we are wrong or who do not believe what we believe. These collective beliefs play out in how people respond to political policies. For example, a certain political leader will have a pro-choice policy which many pro-life people do not like. What often happens in response is that pro-life people will focus on what they do not want and launch campaigns AGAINST pro-choice and truly become anti-abortion. The issue with this is that by pushing against what we do not want we actually create more of it in the world and more what we do not want in our own lives as well. Whenever we are resisting anything, we disconnecting ourselves from our Creative Source and disempowering ourselves through our negative emotional state and our “need to be right”. Mother Teresa said it best I will not participate in an anti-war rally but if it is a rally for peace then I will be there. That is the way we must approach life and our politicians. We may not agree with their policies or practices but we do not have to focus upon them nor do we have to push against them. We can focus what it is we desire without needing to be right or feeling as though as we are right but merely because this is what feels good to me or my belief structure. We have a choice, we do not have to be in turmoil over anything external, we can have peace even if the so-called reality might reflect “chaos”.

Solutions

We as the American people do have the power to “Change Your Government” and here are a few tips from a quantum perspective.

1. First be aware of your beliefs and thought patterns. Many people carry many limiting and negative beliefs that have been based down from our parents and who knows else. Be aware of them and change them.
2. Focus on what it is you want: Be diligent about never placing your attention on something that does not make you feel good. The reason why you do not feel good is because you have placed your attention on something that does not feel good.
3. Realize that you are the cause of your life and your emotional states: You are the cause of your reality and your emotional states. They are not the fault or blame by nobody else; you are the cause. Return to your natural powerful state.
4. Let go of judgments: Judgment is such a huge limiting belief that we are carry about ourselves, the world, and each other. There is no right or wrong and no good and evil. Be aware of that inner critic that tells you that there is something wrong with you, that you are bad, you are too this or too that. Love and forgive yourself and be peace with yourself and with where you are in life.
5. Let go of f.e.a.r: False evidence appearing real. Remember whatever you fear will appear so do not place your focus on what you are worried about or fear. Do not worry, be happy. That is some powerful spiritual truth right there. Realize that your fears have nothing to do with something external then come from within. Learn to live in the moment because ultimately all fears come from expecting a future outcome that may or may not come. Besides if you are vibrating joy and happiness, you will not create things that people tend to worry about because this would violate Universal laws. A person who is happy does not create violence in their life. Just knowing that you are creator will help to eradicate most fears because you know that you are powerful and create what it is that you want.

We are all connected, our political leaders are one with all of us and the more we let go of the stuff (resistance) that we carry about the world and each other then the more we see our government and political leaders change in a new way. The onus is on us; we do have the power to create a new political experience in this country, not that there is anything wrong with what we currently have though. Barack Obama WAS Abe Lincoln ‘in a past life’. Why is this unfathomable?  Do you feel creepy when I say that?  Who were you in your past lives, where was your energy when it was not destroyed but transitioning into another form for the past one million years (maybe longer)?  We cannot go on holding to old beliefs while intuiting the obvious.

I just wish some brave soul would simply come out and say it.  As I wish, I realized that I am that brave soul and here I am saying it!  This man is the other!  Look at the structure of the eyes, lips and nose.  How creepy is that?  Don’t sleep on this or pretend as if I am just some airy fairy DIVA with a hippie flower on my shirt.  No way.  I am a scientist.

Can you be that too?  Ask yourself.  Why would Abe Lincoln not come back as Barack Obama?  He had a double focus – to free the slaves and to heal the union.  Barack Obama is completing that mission.  He is healing the riffs between democrats and republican, last vestiges of the civil war brutality.  And he is freeing the ‘slaves’.  African Americans everywhere are crying their pain out, embracing a new day, and finally realizing that we BELONG here!  Barack’s presidency aolne says we BELONG here!  This land is your land, this land is my land.

And now Abe, I mean Barack has the onice to share that same spirit with the world!  His soaring oratory – like Abe’s – has the potential to heal and empower the world.  Abe wanted further reach and now he has it! Let’s just hang on to our seats and accept that the world is much more mysterious than we could have ever possibly imagined!

I used to live in DC and I have not been back in a few years…

Now that the Inauguration is just days away, I find myself longing to be there…what should I do?

I haven’t been able to watch the news, I can not help myself for being sad about this.  I even received an ‘Invitation’ in the mail the other day.  I got my hopes up.  But it was just a silly old ad.

I’ll get over this, but please bear with me as I do.

Here is my open letter to our 44th President:

Bear Barack Obama (may I call you BO?),

I want to see you Barack Obama.  Do you understand the impact you have had on my life?  I am an African American women, but I am post-racial, just like you!  I believe that we can do this, like you, I believe that all human beings are ONE and that our destiny is to work this out together!  I am not able to leave my family, or business and travel right now.  I would give anything to be in the city with you, celebrate with the hundreds of thousands, maybe millions who will come to share you joy – our joy!  I would love to be one of the multi-colored faces of every race cheering you on.  We cheer the belief that this nation and this world is a good place!

Oh Barack, if only you could hear me.  I sent money to the campaign when they teased the notion of winning tickets to the ball and celebration.  But that didn’t quite pan out..I guess…I would send thousands, hundreds of thousands to you – tease or no tease – because I trust you BO…I trust you man!

I’ll be fine at home watching the celebration with my children, husband and dogs (thanks Tiko) But sometimes CNN just isn’t enough.  Holograms and all…

Yes – I think we can stand by him, stand by one another and stand by our dream of hope, dignity and healing of all mankind.  Yes we can heal the racial divide, yes we can heal partisan politics, gay rights, yes we can reshape this world!  The time is now – trust that!  It is inevitable…

OK – Good Looks Aside…

Because I am a relationships coach, I had to liken this situation of Obama’s cabinet appointments Monday to a matter near and dear to my heart.  The issue is trust.  So often women are afraid to trust men.  We may give lip service to the idea of trust, but when it comes right down to it, in our heart of hearts, we are leery of trusting men.

We prove it every day.  We say we trust him, yet micro manage his choices and actions.  We believe that we have entrusted him with our very lives, but we question his choices, renege on supporting his choices (if we don’t like them) and scrutinize his every move.  Shameful.

Barack Obama has run the most intelligent campaign ever.  He not only defeated the Clinton machine, but he raised the most money, rallied the most diversity, and seemed to reinvigorate the entire planet!  Yes?  He did it from a centered, calm, resolute space of spirit.  He did not need to resort to cyber violence or force.  He accomplished his mission because he has the mental and spiritual fortitude to lead.  Isn’t it time that we trust him?

There have been situations during the campaign when we wavered in our trust for Mr. Obama.  Most recall the day after he accepted the Democratic nomination for President when Mr. McCain nominated Sarah Palin for the position of vice president.  We all gasped and secretly wished that Obama had chosen Hillary as a running mate to ward off Palin’s appeal to women.  You know you did it, you thought the thoughts!  Don’t try to hide it now.  You contemplated the ‘what if’s’.  What if he had chosen Hillary, we’d feel so much better right now…

For a week, at least, we all sat with our heads between our hands.  But then we saw Palin unravel, maybe just as Obama knew she would?  The unwed baby mama, the exorbitant clothes, the lack of experience, knowledge and Saturday Night Live – all the hilarious ways she imploded made us feel safe again.  But why wouldn’t we trust our man unconditionally, and from the start.  Why would we second guess Obama’s pick for VP?

Essentially, real trust looks like unconditional and unwavering belief in another human being, even in the face of the greatest adversity.  Ladies, if a man is making a huge choice based on ideas that only he understands, we must continue to support and trust him.  But many of us have never learned to do this.  To the contrary, we were taught in our linear, modern educational systems that every action must be analyzed; and picked apart.  Intuition and blind trust is a concept for hippies and Jonestown, right?  Logical analysis is the only way to make a choice.  If it ain’t logial to me – I don’t trust you or your concepts, ideas, suggestions…

Obama tosses this old, judgemental ideology out of the window.  Analysis is great!  But trust is Zen.  We should begin from the beginning with unconditional trust.  It’s called basic diplomacy.  It’s not naive.  What’s so wrong with trusting another human being to make the right choices?  Does this go back to a question of faith?  If we say we beleive in a higher power, then what is there to distrust.  We are all protected, right?

Barack Obama is a man of stunning depth, profound balance and amazing centeredness.  He is not choosing his cabinent based on ‘pie in the sky’ notions of Lincoln’s cabinet of rivals.  This is only one angle he takes.  It goes way deeper.  Obama’s thought patterns are that of the Zen masters of old.  He is using the Art of War to construct a core constiuecy who will move America out of her misery and back to a place of dignity in the world!

Another point to add is that when we choose to practice trusting others, we learn to trust ourselves!

I assure you, however, that practicing trust will take you out of your comfort zone.  You will have to give more than lip service to faith in something greater… Trust is the most soothing exercise to give your soul.  Practicing this sacred disposition, trust, can literally free us of fear, worry and stress.  We weren’t taught the law of unconditional trust in public schools,  now we will be lead from within.  We can now choose to trust Barack Obama to renew our trust the Universe itself.

To be frank, I didn’t want Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State.  I cringed when the announcement came because I had told my husband that it wasn’t going to happen.  Even when she tripped to Chicago to meet with Obama, I told myself it was just for show.  He wanted to offer her a role, but my goodness, secretary of state?  No way!

So when he did it, and I saw the two together on stage I just had to submit – once again – to a man.  I submit to him and I allow him to make the choices he sees as best for this nation.  He has done well thus far, he has done more than well – the man has made bread of stone and healed the ill, straight up!  To become the President of the United States, even to simply win Iowa is an amazing feat for a man of his age, social class, race and background.

And forget about race.  The man is an international icon whom all people of higher consciousness resonate with.  He knows what is best and he is not in office to be changed by Washington, he is in office to change Washington.  Why is this so hard to believe?

Here is one final example of my trust for Barack Obama.  I live in Georgia.  The race for the Senate seat between Chambliss and Martin was close.  When I saw that there would be a run off I fully expected Barack to come down and serve as an anchor for Jim Martin.  I thought it best that Obama himself come rally the troops in Georgia to get out the vote one more time to secure a democratically run senate, filibuster proof and all that jazz.

Well, he didn’t show.  My trust wavered.  But not minutes passed before I reminded myself that there is always wisdom in his position.  Maybe he didn’t come to Georgia for this reason:  He didn’t want to push for a democratic majority with his full force to show all parties that it just does not matter.  What we need is not a voting majority, but a ideological unity that makes voting irrelevant.  Maybe instead of pushing for the upper hand in the senate, we need to come up with ideas that both republicans and democrats can agree upon?  How is that for Zen mastery?

Few thought of it this way.  Pundits never mentioned it.  But it came to me directly fro the Universe in the moment that I asked myself why wouldn’t he come to Georgia.  The angels told me.  Do you buy it?

Well, it doesn’t really matter.  Universal law is just that.  We have to trust that everything is going to be alright.  And I do.  I trust him, I trust you, I trust that this world is safe, healing and that we as American are exactly where we intended to be when we arrived.

Each of us came here for a reason.  Whether we are talking about the millions transported as slaves, the thousands who came seeking freedom from the King of England, or the millions who arrive each day looking for the promise of democracy, we are here, together, with a major purpose.

Let us trust that Barack Obama is our leader of sound mind and able heart and that our individual missions will be accomplished just as smoothly as Obama’s electrifying journey to the highest office in the land.

Reporting from Washington — For more than three decades, Eugene Allen worked in the White House, a black man unknown to the headlines. During some of those years, harsh segregation laws lay upon the land.

He trekked home every night to his wife, Helene, who kept him out of her kitchen. At the White House, he worked closer to the dirty dishes than to the Oval Office. Helene didn’t care; she just beamed with pride.

President Truman called him Gene. President Ford liked to talk golf with him. He saw eight presidential administrations come and go, often working six days a week.

“I never missed a day of work,” Allen said. He was there while racial history was made: Brown vs. Board of Education, the Little Rock school crisis, the 1963 March on Washington, the cities burning, the civil rights bills, the assassinations.

When he started at the White House in 1952, he couldn’t even use the public restrooms when he ventured back to his native Virginia. “We had never had anything,” Allen, 89, recalled of black America at the time. “I was always hoping things would get better.”

In its long history, the White House — note the name — has had a complex and vexing relationship with black Americans.

“The history is not so uneven at the lower level, in the kitchen,” said Ted Sorensen, who served as counselor to President Kennedy. “In the kitchen, the folks h ave always been black. Even the folks at the door — black.”

Before Gene Allen landed his White House job, he worked as a waiter at a resort in Hot Springs, Va., and then at a country club in Washington.

He and wife Helene, 86, were sitting in the living room of their Washington home. Her voice was musical, in a Lena Horne kind of way. She called him “Honey.” They met at a birthday party in 1942. He was too shy to ask for her number, so she tracked his down. They married a year later.

In 1952, a lady told him of a job opening in the White House. “I wasn’t even looking for a job,” he said. “I was happy where I was working, but she told me to go on over there and meet with a guy by the name of Alonzo Fields.”

Fields was a maitre d’, and he immediately liked Allen.

Allen was offered a job as a “pantry man.” He washed dishes, stocked cabinets and shined silverware. He started at $2,400 a year.

There was, in time, a promotion to butler. “Shook t he hand of all the presidents I ever worked for,” he said.

“I was there, honey,” Helene said. “In the back maybe. But I shook their hands too.” She was referring to White House holiday parties, Easter egg hunts.

They have one son, Charles, who works as an investigator with the State Department.

“President Ford’s birthday and my birthday were on the same day,” he said. “He’d have a birthday party at the White House. Everybody would be there. And Mrs. Ford would say, ‘It’s Gene’s birthday too!’ “

And so they’d sing a little ditty to the butler. And the butler, who wore a tuxedo to work every day, would blush.

“Jack Kennedy was very nice,” he went on. “And so was Mrs. Kennedy.” He was in the White House kitchen the day Kennedy was slain. He got an invitation to the funeral. But he volunteered for other duty: “Somebody had to be at the White House to serve everyone after they came from the funeral.”

The whole family of President Carter made Helene chuckle: “They were country. And I’m talking Lillian and Rosalynn both.” It came out as the highest compliment. First Lady Nancy Reagan came looking for him in the kitchen one day. She wanted to remind him about the upcoming state dinner for German Chancellor Helmut Kohl. She told him he would not be working that night.

“She said, ‘You and Helene are coming to the state dinner as guests of President Reagan and myself.’ I’m telling you! I believe I’m the only butler to get invited to a state dinner.”

Husbands and wives don’t sit together at these events, and Helene was nervous about trying to make small tal k with world leaders. “And my son said, ‘Momma, just talk about your high school. They won’t know the difference.’ “The senators were all talking about the colleges and universities that they went to,” she said. “I was doing as much talking as they were.

“Had champagne that night,” she said, looking over at her husband.

He just grinned: He was the man who stacked the champagne at the White House.

Colin L. Powell would become the highest ranking black of any White House to that point when he was named Reagan’s national security advisor in 1987. Condoleezza Rice would have that position under President George W. Bush.

Gene Allen was promoted to maitre d’ in 1980. He left the White House in 1986, after 34 years. President Reagan wrote him a sweet note. Nancy Reagan hugged him tight.

Interviewed at their home last week, Gene and Helene speculated about what it would mean if a black man were elected president.

“Just imagine,” she said.

“It’d be really something,” he said.

“We’re pretty much past the going-out stage,” she said. “But you never know. If he gets in there, it’d sure be nice to go over there again.”

They talked about praying to help Barack Obama get to the White House. They’d go vote together. She’d lean on her cane with one hand, and him with the other, while walking down to the precinct. And she’d get supper going afterward. They went over their election day plans more than once.

“Imagine,” she said.

“That’s right,” he said.

On Monday, Helene had a doctor’s appointment. Gene woke and nudged her once, then again. He shuffled around to her side of the bed. He nudged Helene again.

He was all alone.

“I woke up and my wife didn’t,” he said later.

Some friends and family members rushed over. He wanted to make c offee. They had to shoo the butler out of the kitchen.

The lady he married 65 years ago will be buried today.

The butler cast his vote for Obama on Tuesday. He so missed telling his Helene about the black man bound for the Oval Office.

I couldn’t write for days – I had to quote pieces of poems.  I had to sit in silence.  I had to stay home.  I couldn’t recall who I had been the moment prior to the announcement.  I had changed in an instant and am indeed reborn.  Don’t worry, it wasn’t hard labor.  I have, for many years, foreseen the coming together of all peoples of all hue in the delightful work of healing the Planet and rekindling Love.  Love has never been lost, just remembrance of it’s trans formative, all encompassing power.

However, this moment was spectacular.  Not because at 47 years old, and 6′ foot 3′; intelligent as a whip, and delicious as apple pie, he had seized the moment, owned the day (year, century?) – not because he is so freaking awesome ~ stunning ~ magnificent ~ brilliant; not even because 44% of white Americans are just as ready as I am for mass awakening, the age of enlightenment; not even because I had voted for the first time in my entire life.  Spectacular as these details are for me, and even after three days of tears of joy and freedom dancing I couldn’t write.  I decorated my house with red white and blue balloons, one even said “God Bless America”; but I couldn’t write.  I purchased blue Hanukkah lights to hang near my extraordinarily large circular Obama Zen poster flanking my front door, but I couldn’t write.

I was only just now jolted back into writing by an email I received today…It’s all about Black Power

A good friend of mine from the West coast wrote to ask about Black Nationalism and how it bodes now that we have a Black President Hussain Obama.  We all know the lick, Black Nationalist believe that integration was unnecessary and destructive to the Black community.  Black nationalists believe that we have to separate and reclaim our culture as well as identify with ideas of racial pride that assert, as the Jewish tag line goes, ‘Never Again’.

I have been there.  My father being as militant as he was, and my heady Detroit background which drenched me in racial attitudes that deemed me ‘separatist’ from the age 13, I had a difficult time becoming post racial.  In Detroit we had our white people in check! I used to brag about it when traveling South!  I wasn’t down with integration either.  I saw the flaws in trying to force ourselves into an America that simply didn’t want us.  I thought myself a powerful victim (oxymoron?) forever at the hands of ‘the man’ and it didn’t feel good.  I would have to struggle and assert myself to succeed.  In fact, once I had completed my thesis as an African American studies major at Historically Black Howard University, you couldn’t have told me that one day I’d salute the flag, stand for the national anthem or integrate into a culture that I once despised.  I was literally kicked off my high school cheer squad for refusing to salute or stand for red, white and blue!  My parents didn’t allow us to wear those colors together!

It didn’t happen after the Obama win.  My shift in post-racial consciousness had occurred as early as 2000 when I first discovered the Law of Attraction and the ancient Law of Unity or Ausar (Osiris).  The Law of Unity states that human kind is literally ONE BEING.  There is no separation between me and you, black and white, yin and yang, male and female.  We are, essentially, one.  Toward the vast purpose of rediscovering our divine nature, we chose life on Earth together.  We represent mirrors to one another.  Even the most brutal man on Earth, if we know him or experience his wrath, is reflecting an element of our own character that must be purified.  That is the ancient Law of Unity or Law of Ausar:  Nothing is against me.  There are not good guys or bad guys, no victims and no villains.  We only attract who we are.  Know Thyself: We are ONE.

So what does all of this mean?  I am talking about the coming of a new era.  I want you to understand that there are those today – maybe the 9% of Blacks who didn’t vote for Barack Obama, who still would cling to the notion that somehow this is a trick.  Obama is too white.  He doesn’t represent the Black struggle.  He is out of touch with the Black community.  They want to cut his balls off;  Or maybe, like the text I received on election day (from a perfectly sane Black woman), feel he is a plant of the far right to fool us all!  A conspiracy?  Essentially, this is what the email today was all about. He was wondering if he could or should honestly celebrate Hussein Obama.  He wanted to know if it was safe to now salute a flag we have abhorred so long.  He wrote me because he respects my view and, as par for the course, I told the truth.  Here is my response to his questions:

Barack Obama is me and you and all of our ancestors and all the evolution we have mustered as the human race., even through slavery.  Slavery and the Black Odessy in America isn’t what many nationalist claim.  Slavery happened as all of our experiences do, because we made it so.  We created a passage to the new world to bring our spiritual teachings and wisdom to new shores.  We were seeking Unity, all of us, slave master and slave alike, we have always had the mission of world unification in our DNA.  After all, the worlds races originated from Lucy, sorry Ms. Palin, thus we are all kin.

It has long been time to release false notions of tribalism that would divide and dis-empower the human race.  We are ONE.  There is only ONE being, this is the essence of any native traditional African teaching.  I don’t know how we could forget that, even through the fire of racism.  I have been saying for many years that we are ONE, we can never separate ourselves from that which we have attracted – slavery, Jim Crow, and the like.  We attracted those situations to weed out of ourselves the very factionalism that some now endorse (separatists and non-integrationist).  Don’t believe that all our problems started with slavery.  This is not a viable view of human history.  And the issues didn’t end with the end of that era.  The modern era continues to evolve us.

A large illusion is the myth that we somehow failed when we chose integration over separation.  Sure on the surface it looked like the wrong path as it seemed forced and irrelevant in terms of helping our own community out of dire straits.  Out of the pot and into the frying pan it seemed we went as we integrated white society.  But there is no such thing as white society, there is no such thing as integration.  This has been a great illusion, but an important one.  It leads us back to this: There is only ONENESS and that ONENESS will always seek and indeed find itself through all of us, through all life experiences.  Love succeeds all of the time.  It’s not a fairy tale or a pipe dream.  Love unites us and Love will not rest until we recall her.  When we do – we chage the trajectory of individual and collective lives.  So these experiences, when placed in a larger context – the Universal quest for LOVE – become less painful and more substantial.

Pity those who think themselves so ‘African’ yet deny the very bottom line understanding of Ancient African Culture which has always sought to find the meaning of life, the purpose of challenges and the beauty of all experiences and individuals (regardless of race).  The ancient deity, Ausar(Osiris), says ‘nothing is against me‘ so what do we think of slavery?  How can a white man be a devil for behaving irrationally? And was the behavior irrational if the Universe itself was seeking through it the reunification of all races, even if painfully so. If all things serve to further and nothing is against us?  Is it that we would reject our own teachings?  Of course not.  Slavery was not against us – nothing is.  Everything serves to further… And I say this with all due respect to our ancestors.  They, in fact, have been the very authors of this reality in my spirit.

He asked me about 2012 in the email – to that I say this:

2012 is a marker of evolution that has of course started before now.  It is an intense process of becoming that will not end in 2012, but will continue until we all see that each of us, of all race and sex and class, have specific and individual talents, powers and useful gifts for the survival of humanity.  We can cure pollution, the ozone, racism, sexism, and all the world’s ills, but only when we realize our oneness.  In fact realizing our oneness is the cure to all the world’s “problems”.  Only when we realize that we ALL created ALL things for a reason – to realize our inate spiritual power – will we solve the mystery and begin another. That is the trick.  We have to know like the West African God Obatala knows, that we have no enemies.  There are no villains and no victims, there have never been factions, just mirrors of the anger and pain we must all purge from within.  That is what the white man has always blessedly bestowed upon us. The casting of a mirror is something we may not have wanted to accept, but has been our only savior.  (Recall the white man brought mirrors into Africa to trade along with the booze and sugar.  They brought the mirror as divine symbolism that they too are mirrors of us – some of us were in-fighting and so forth with the same seemingly illogical motives they had – It was time to wake up to who and we are!  Thank God for the white man, the middle passage and this journey to ONENESS.)  So of course we chose Barack to mirror truth and to lead the world into the age of Enlightenment – 2012.

And let us not forget that energy is neither created nor destroyed, so death is an illusion. We are all in tact.  Believe me.  They have not ruined our kind or harmed any of us beyond repair.  We recycle ourselves again and again.  We are the ones who have always been!  We have traveled through time.  Don’t believe the modern hype!

Next time I attract a nationalist who wants to blame the white man for his problems, I say ‘fine’.  I see the mirror.  I must still somewhere in me blame the white man for our problems but I will work even beyond the day I die to weed that sort of ill fated belief from my heart and mind.  For only well-being, love, possibility and expansion exist, the rest is the making of my ego.  Ego is the real force to be subdued and guided toward the light.  No ‘other’ has power to hold us back from the ONENESS that resides beyond the illusion of separateness cast by the ego.

None of you even exist.  There is only me which denotes we.  We are one and Beautiful Barack Hussein Obama is the creation of our collective sub-conscious minds to mirror new energy so many have been working to recall.  Among those working are the light workers of all traditions, all religions and all cultural, racial background.  Barack got 44% of the white vote, more than Kerry in 2004!  That means the critical mass stands ready to unite.  And of course I salute the red, white and blue.  The ancient principle, Ausar(Osiris), is the white, the ancient mother Auset(Isis) is the blue and the ancient son, Heru(Horus), of course, that epic hero is the red.  I belong here and have always believed in staking my claim to her bounty – USA!  Get on board folks, the time is now.

He also asked me why the Obama’s wore the traditional colors of the trickster or Satan on Stage Tueday Night – Here is my response:

And yes, the Obamas wore red and black, the colors of the ancient deity SET.   SET (satan) was an ‘enemy’ of Ausar (Osiris).  In ancient Egyptian teachings, SET was captured after he attempted to wage war against the God of unity – Ausar.  SET was sentenced to spread the truth of Ausar (unity) through the world using technology.  The Obamas are such, messengers like SET who dutifully complete the all important task – via the ‘InterSet’ (Internet) which his campaign used wisely – of spreading Unity to the masses around the world.  SET is obedient – even the ‘enemy’ of Ausar is obedient and we can safely conclude by the Obama’s choice of red and black that SET is on the job.  Like SET, Barack knows the language of the masses and speaks to the heart of mankind – even Ausar, the God of unity couldn’t do that.  Many have noted the number 666 came up in the Illinois lottery the day after the election.  They think Obama is the anti-Christ.  They are confused as to what an anti-Christ is…There is no such thing.  The anti-Christ would always end up saving the Christ.  Even his bad actions eventually fail and he is always put back to the work of uplifting LOVE which is the most powerful force on the planet.  Everything serves to further…

Recall Set only was sentenced to spread the truth once Heru defeated him in battle.  So the Red and Black clothing demonstrate the fact that the metaphysical ‘enemy’ of mankind has been defeated and here is the proof – SET is working for the people rather than against them.  Do you get that?  John McCain just didn’t get it, right?

The conclusion should be clear.  Long before Obama, we entered a new world.  Now we have evidence that it is so.  The new world was created with love energy from all races.  Love reborn looks like America.  America looks like the world!  So many people of all race sharing what we know with one another.  More and more we will find avenues for this mass coming together.  And to my fellow African-Americas, yes you can salute the flag, yes you can claim your stake here, yes you are free and able to have, do or become whatever you desire.  The choice has always been yours so choose!

Barack Obama recently exposed his true spiritual philosophy, but few picked up on it.  It’s too simple for those who prefer their spiritual messages in long, difficult to comprehend, Biblical-Speak.  The message is clear and profound: “Remain calm.”

Calmness is a quality we need in a president and a practice we must each institute to save our economy, communities, environment and foreign affairs.  Being calm is the key to staying in control in the face of insurmountable adversity.   When we speak of control we aren’t talking about the shoddy form of control used exclusively by insecure women, tyrannical men or Fascist governments.  We’re talking about controlling the mind, the heart and the spiritual energy of one’s being.

Let’s talk about the Quantum Mechanics of Calm.  When adversity ‘rears it’s head’, like Putin in Alaska, we have two choices.  We can allow the fight or flight impulse of the mammalian brain to become engaged, either kicking someone’s ass (I dun know…maybe Iraq?) or running away to hide and plot a fight without a thought of diplomacy (Uuumm…maybe Iran?).  Fight or flight is important software wired in the hard drive of the human mind.  This wiring occurred some time ago – millions of years ago the be sure.  Fight or Flight was mandatory in an environment of dangerous dinosaurs and saber toothed tigers afoot – right Sarah?

But seriously, the excess release of adrenaline during the Fight or Flight, stress response can cause all sorts of problems from dilation of the blood vessels to loss of the ability to have an erection!  It really behooves all of us to stay calm…

Repeated stress responses can cause mental disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder,  and panic disorder, in which the stress response is activated apparently by nothing.  Here are a few more issues caused by enabling the Fight or Flight Response: Wikipedia 08

• Acceleration of heart and lung action
• Inhibition of stomach and intestinal action
• General effect on the sphincters of the body
• Constriction of blood vessels
• Liberation of nutrients for muscular action
• Dilation of blood vessels for muscles
• Inhibition of Lacrimal gland (responsible for tear production) and salivation
• Dilation of pupil
• Relaxation of bladder
• Inhibition of erection
• Auditory Exclusion (loss of hearing)
• Tunnel Vision (loss of peripheral vision)

So now you begin to understand, if you hadn’t, the magic of  Barack Obama Spiritual Foundation and indeed the premise and philosophy of his entire campaign.  Even Obama supporters like John Ridley have desired to see more fight in the man, more might, more brawn.  But look at the facts.  Becoming stressed, worried, and responsive to outside stimuli, without imposing modern logic, reason and intuition, is ‘totally caveman’.  We no longer need to let Fight or Flight run mad in our minds and bodies.  We are evolved and enlightened beings!  How profound?

Obama has epitomized ‘Calm’ in the campaign so far.  Not once has he responded in anger to even the most outrageous McCain tricks.  He has always used measured calm as his loadestar.  Now that’s judgement.

Maybe this is why McCain doesn’t want anyone to see those medical reports.  I am sure the above list of stress induces symptoms is standard for the generation of men and women who never employed spiritual cognition in responding to the perils of their day.  Mr. McCain is 72 years old and still displays primal behavior patterns that the right wing Church people, in all their elevated spiritual ‘enlightenment’, have yet to remedy.

The fact of the matter is Viagra is the top selling drug in the United States – hmmm, I wonder why? (Refer to the list of Fight/Flight symptoms)

It’s the mark of an enlightened being to override the Fight/Flight function by remaining calm…

I mentioned breathing a sigh of relief a bit earlier in the article (was it in reference to Palin?).  Proper Breathing is actually the key to overriding the ole programs of the reptilian and mammalian brain! Breathing is the key to maintaining calm in the midst of adversity.  This is a scientific fact.  When we become angered, stressed or worried about a given situation, our physical apparatus responds to the thoughts and images with a new breathing pattern.  Fast and furious for anger, fear, stress or panic, slow – too slow – for worry and depression.

Gaining centeredness again requires negating the force of the breathe and choosing to reinstate normal, healthy, mental functions with normal, relaxed breathing.  Staying calm is the most important action one can take in a time of crisis.  Why?  Staying calm means overriding the emotion you are experiencing (Fight/Flight) and injecting a state of peaceful, intelligent, observation.  From this harmonious mental state, we inherently make the right choices.  This is what real leadership is.  Calm, cool, level-headed cognition.

We can’t have our leaders gallivanting about in various states of chaos, anger and panic while making important decisions that affect the rest of our lives!  We can’t have leaders who have gone about the business of leadership for over 30 years in this manner.  Just imagine John McCain – angered by the mere thought of ‘losing a war’ (oxymoron?) reacting to the stress of desiring victory – making choices about how many years to stay in Iraq.  Far worse is the notion of Mr. McCain – irritated by the thought of defeat, intent on proving himself a Maverick – making an executive decision to choose a dangerously unqualified running mate.  What happens when his post traumatic stress syndrome really kicks in?  It’s Sarah or bust.

It’s time for real change.  Real Change happens when we truly give up the old ways in exchange for the new.  In this day and time, we are Quantumly aligned to a paradigm shift of major proportions.  Staying Calm is the foundation of the shift.  Barack Obama has displayed stunning grasp of this concept.  It is a spiritual concept simple enough for all to agree on.

It’s always interesting to watch as Obama is magically transported from ‘would-be-harmful” attempts to derail his campaign.

Just this week there has been summoned a hurricane, a stork and thousands of Anti-War protests squashing the GOP objectives in a single swoop!

Seems Barack has the vote of Mother Nature, indeed – the Universe itself!

It looks easy and it’s a cinch to learn…It’s Basic Quantum Mechanics or Law of Attraction…

The Law of Attraction is a four step process to accomplishing any dream or mission:

Ask, Trust, Allow, Receive

Step One is to Ask. Asking for what we want is the easy part.  From the depths of Obama’s being, he desires Change which he defined poetically: The world as it should be, the good life awaiting all Americans “around the bend”. I assure you It’s Change Obama will get.  Have you asked for what you want?  Write it down, say it aloud, make speeches about it – put the energy into the Universe!

Step Two is Trust. We must know that in asking there is an innate response from the Universe itself: ‘Yes You Can’ have all you desire.  We must trust that all things needed are poised to be delivered.  Our Soul Level desires are supported by the Universe itself.  Obama has put his trust squarely in A Higher Power and in the power of the American people.  Over again he has stressed he is not worried about the election because he trusts us, he knows the American people echo his sentiments most and will make the choice to elect him come fall of this year.  Trust is something Barack certainly has – in Mother Nature and in Us!

Step three is to Allow. We must allow the specific feelings and visions of success to enter our minds constantly.  Here is what I mean.  We have to allow the feelings of accomplishment that we’d normally reserve for the end of the endeavor, to happen here and now, before we arrive at the desired end result.  It’s only made more difficult when we think of the struggles to be faced on the road to victory.  Often individuals chose to focus on the struggle, rather than evoke good feelings by mentally experiencing the end result NOW!  If only we were educated more thoroughly in Quantum Mechanics, we’d know the power of thought.  Allowing good feelings before the end happens is the very magnet that will drive to us all we desire!

I’d bet Barack is Allowing good feelings and positive visions of his desired end result.  It shows in his confidence, it shows in his choice of theme and demeanor.  To choose Mile High Stadium is a hint.  He seems to stay balanced as scandal and negativity find him.  He defuses much of the negativity by simply stating he will not stoop so low as to use such tactics.  Commendable behavior for a politician, indeed.

Allowing always attracts positive outcomes.  Have you noticed every attempt by McCain, Pundits and Bloggers to derail Obama are met with surprise endings?  Recall the Reverend Wright scandal.  Barack responded immediately with a speech on race, praised by pundits and politicians alike, giving him an early opportunity to appear presidential.  He also found in Wright’s further disturbing comments reason to morally split, stating that he and Wright simply did not agree on issues.  He was able to make a clean break from the good Reverend just in time to sway final primary results in which he emerged a victor.

Another instance of Barack Obama’s use of the Allowing is the attack ads from the McCain camp labeling Obama a celebrity and a ‘Messiah’ figure.  These messages were immediately downplayed as the world focused on the McCain gaffe about his seven homes, information that Barack didn’t have to contrive, bottle and sell, but rather insight reported from the mouth of the republican presumptive nominee himself!  Allowing has it’s advantages.  The Universe itself will defuse all objection to your dreams and desires and provide fertile ground for the gradual growth of your momentum toward success.  Allowing is the way.

The final incident that proves Obama’s Allowing is working is the latest ‘brilliant’ move on the Republican side to nominate VP, Sarah Palin.  On first sight, the pick seemed to check the historic and monumental success of Barack Obama’s Speech at mile high stadium Thursday night.  But not 72 hours into the whirlwind, the GOP’s momentum slowed as reports of her pregnant daughter, her membership in the AIP in which she was a leader in Alaska’s attempt to succede from the union, and her abuse of Alaskan power firing an innocent State Trooper began to emerge.

Even more ironically, Obama stepped into the center of the controversy to denounce the misuse of this information about Palin’s personal life; a perfect opportunity to show America what he is made of.  This incident of quick karma is a hallmark of the Obama campaign.  News turns in his favor, quickly.  It’s a metaphyical result of using the powerful Law of Attraction.  Are you allowing – choosing to feel good no matter what?  Now is the time.  Get it going on!

Step four is Receiving – Obama seems ready.  Obama has Asked for what he wants – A new form of government and a new commitment from the American people.  He Trusts the Universe will deliver – if he didn’t, he wouldn’t be running on hope.  He obviously reaps the benefit of Allowing, IE he feels good, stays in integrity and in sync with his philosophy.  Now Receiving is easy.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking that receiving happens only once the goal itself is ascertained in it’s entirely.  Receiving is the simple moments of realization along the way, looking deeply into each moment of time to find the prophesy hidden in all experiences. Personally, I receive now, 64 days prior to the election, Barack’s victory!  Undoubtedly, he too is in receiving mode.

Obama will receive and achieve his end.  He is on course to take this election by storm. Everything that appears to be an Obama liability is transformed right before our eyes, almost magically, into a asset!  He will receive the presidency and the love and dedication of the American people who desire change.  After all, We the People are using the Law of Attraction to bring the Change we desire.  Keep in mind the Law of Attraction is a thought process we may not understand, but are always using.  Barack Obama has our hearts and minds and nothing can stop the unfolding our destined moment – his presidency.

Allowing and Receiving are inextricably tied.  Allowing is feeling good and knowing that our goals will manifest.  Receiving is finding in each new step of the journey the writing on the wall, being grateful for the daily signs that Success is Eminent!

Enjoy the rest of the presidential race.  Be prepared to celebrate on November 5, 2008.  Learn to use the Law of Attraction more actively in your own life and watch as the results amaze you again and again!

Destiny draws near, stakes are high;  It’s time to believe and allow…

Don’t sleep.  Look around. Taste the ripe fruit – of course it’s sweet.  Unity lives!  A curious destiny unfolds today as we buzz with vigor, prepared to do battle.  We choose warrior armor because we know the truth:

Destiny isn’t a register of preordained circumstances. Destiny is a calling from deep within, summoning action on the part of its keepers…

We, the keepers of destiny have chosen!  Through our Quantum/Physical vehicles, through the power of thought, we bring to Earth what delights us.  There is joy in the unfolding, yet Destiny asks everything of us.  We consistently choose to release the past – knowing that release sustains and balances consumption.

We make the most difficult choice in the moments of our greatest fears and convictions – will we trust and believe, or shall we hold on to the past?  Shall we focus the seen or shall we focus on what is yet to be seen? Will we allow ourselves to now focus on that which stirs the longing of our hearts?

Shall we embrace the fervid love?

To believe and allow the goodness we have chosen in Obama/Biden, we must focus on feeling good.  So often in our lives the Universe sends the verdict as images, afterthoughts or vision.  We win – again – over and over in our minds! The next step has to be allowing it; believing, that it is already so.  We look with our eyes into what appears a cold world; a delusion of the mind we must steer.  We find ourselves fearful, hesitant to embrace the overwhelming facts:  Success is eminent in the everlasting now!

The fierceness of Mr. Barack Obama and Mrs. Michelle Obama and his attractive running mates, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Biden demonstrates who we are.  When we look out at them, we see our inner stories, our choices; our creation.  Just over 100 years since the emancipation, and here we are, together, we rise.  All races, all ages, people united for Change.  We set our sights high and accomplish our missions.  It has always been so – that Unity prevails for the good.

‘We’ is our surname, my friend. ‘We’ are the human family.  ‘We’ should be proud of our progress, ‘we’ of every race, creed and sex.  We should know that hope and it’s children are supporting us. ‘We’ are ONE being begetting Change.  ‘We’ is the ONE being seeing our reflection in our country men and women.  ‘We’ adore them because we are ONE with them.  The ‘we’ is all who can see what this really is, above the spin and fray.  We Believe.  We Allow.  We choose to receive the bounty long before we see it with human eyes.  We have vivid inner sight…See with these inner eyes today and always.

The point is to feel good.  Allow the thought of the end result today. We are producers and consumers, today, manufacture energy on behalf of our combined destinies.  Allow the creamy milk of the Universe to nourish you as you release the old in like quantity as you consume.  Choose to believe, in all, that we have aspired to and thus created in this awesome political time, space continuum…

If our power amazes you, just be still and recall what ‘we’ are.  If the magnitude of the moment eludes you, release the shield and bring out the sword.  There is no one else to do battle with except the giant within holding the past as enemy and the future a scary unknown.  The battle for dominion of thought is upon us – think well of us.  We are born victorious, even over ourselves.

Barack Obama has chosen his path.  He represents the story of our lives – change.  His words, from the very beginning, summon the courage to create a new Destiny.

We are subject to nothing.  Our role is clear.  The only question is what do you see?

As an honored observer/creator of life, upon what do you fix your focus?  Belief and allowing imply feeling good and knowing.  All other thoughts are released, my friends (a McCain-ism as not to leave him out), in the prevailing winds of love…

Change is, indeed, upon us.

It’s time to declare our Independence from realities that no longer serve us! For too long we have accepted our current situations – resigning ourselves to thinking “this is the way things are!”

NO MORE!! Stand up and fight, my friends – We are a Strong People! We are subject to nothing! We can no longer accept the notions being shoved down our throats! It’s time to create new realities with warrior force!

What I speak of is similar to the classic movie, THE Matrix. Human beings – the energy and power of Human Beings – forced to sustain a Paradigm where machine might has taken over the Earth! We powered the machines happily, most unaware of The Matrix and it’s lulling effect. We slept as the machines prospered from our TREMENDOUS ELECTRONIC ENERGY!

Step One: Question Reality!!! All of the Time…

This is a quote from the scientific findings – Quantum Two Slit Experiment:

Bohr is basically states that “nothing is real unless it is observed.”

Essentially what Quantum Scientists have found is that an electron – the basic unit of matter – is a wave of possibilities rather than a solid thing. This wave of potential only collapses into a particular behavior predicated upon WHO is observing it. Being observed means having a human brain with a certain BELIEF to watch it! The watching effects the electrons behavior! So experiments are subject to the beliefs of the observer. Electrons can change and do “new” things based on the beliefs of the observer.

Plainly put, this theory suggest that all material things – your house, your car, your lovers and your bank accounts – which are essentially bundles of electrons – are being shaped by the observer – you! They exist as waves of possibility until you look at them. What you expect to see is what you will find. The potential for any reality to change is based solely upon one’s point of observation, one’s expectations, or one’s belifs!

Questioning Reality means beginning to shift your BELIEFS!

It’s like riding down the street and seeing the price of gas at $4.66 per gallon (I buy premium baby!). So you see the price and as the observer choose to question it. You look at a sign which reflects a real thing – the price of gas. But wait, this sign is a bundle of electrons reflecting a number! Who says that it reflects the actual price of gas? You begin to question the facts. Why are the electrons behaving this way – I don’t want the sign to show the price of gas $4.66. This is my reality! This sign can reflect whatever I want it to reflect! I question this reality! I no longer BELIEVE that gas costs $4.66 for premium! No way!

Sounds silly huh? You’d be considered crazy by your friends or maybe you consider me crazy for suggesting this. But when you question reality – when you bear your tongue at what appears before you – you become a warrior! You reject this notion of $4.66 gas and anything else you don’t want around you! REALITY is a GRAND ILLUSION. So why not have some fun! Begin rejecting reality. This is step one.

One question I get often – what about ‘other people’? Aren’t they affecting the electrons to hold the $4.66 gas image in place on the board? Sure they are, but just imagine this – NEWS FLASH – “The price of Gas is falling! The cost per gallon for premium is now $2.00!!! Starting August 5, 2008 you can buy this cheap GAS anywhere in the USA!” If every media channel toted it, and everyone believed it and expected it – it would happen! No matter what the price per barrel. Our Human Brains are simply that powerful!

Step Two: Create Reality

Now that you Question Reality you are becoming a Quantum Warrior! It is time to take the next step. Let’s Create a New Reality. You’ll start with something small. The mass sound bites keep our current expectations low in terms of actually being able to change our lives. No matter (no pun). We will simply begin with a small personal experiment that circumvents their coverage area.

Let’s use a simple technology I saw in the movie ‘The Secret’. Let’s use your bank account balance.

1. Open your desktop and observe your bank balance.
2. Look at those numbers again and again.
3. Print the balance sheet on your printer.
4. Decide what you want your bank balance to be. Now don’t get ‘crazy’. You have to think Quantum. We were not taught in grade school that we are reality generators, so take your time and start slow.
5. White out the old balance and pen in a new believably larger balance.
6. Change the date of the bank statement. Decide when you want this money.
7. Make sure that the new number and dates represent your actual current potential. You know you could make X amount in X time if you were to have a series of fortunate efforts already in motion pan out correctly…
8. Post this new bank statement next to your bed so that you can view it each night and morning.

All you have to do is view this document for at least 30 days!!! But if you want to add gusto to the project do these things…

• Copy the New Statement and Place it all around your home in areas you stay a while like the bathroom.
• Pen an affirmation (new belief) onto the statement like “Money flows to me easily!”
• Say the affirmative statement whenever you look at the paper throughout the day.
• Choose daily times to meditate on the statement, visualizing the happiness you will feel when the balance comes into reality.
• Feel Good when you meditate, laugh, smile, simulate the future experience.

All things considered, you are now in the stance of Creator and Co-Creator of your life. You are co-creating with the Universe to bring those flexible little electrons into form. Money, bank balances, gas prices, none of these are real things. They are inventions of the mind held in place by powerful beliefs. Once we begin to effect these beliefs with the most powerful machine on Earth – the human brain – we become creators of our own reality.

Step Three: Live in the Reality you Created

Even before you see the results of your experience you have to ‘act as if’ you have succeeded. Does that mean go out and spend your saving expecting more money when the experiment pays off? NO! It simply means behaving as if you have all the money you desire. When bills come in, you say “oh yeah, I can pay these – I have infinite amounts of money”. Never mind whether you can pay them or not in that moment.

LIVE inside your new reality. Be clear that you are retraining yourself to believe! You have to ACT!

You are a drama king or queen anyways, just go for the Grammy! When a friend suggests you go on vacation with her in a few months – say “Oh yes girl, I will be there! I have so much money!”. When your boss suggests there may be pay cuts in the near future, you say “Oh – thats OK – I have infinite resources to bring me money – I am not dependent on a little old job!” [Maybe say that one to yourself, as not to offend your boss.]

Whatever the circumstance around money – you can begin to act as if you already have all that you need. This will line your observation of life to your new reality. If you are ABLE to observe from a new vantage point, the electrons will become able to bend in your favor. Cool huh?

Step Four: Ignore All Who Don’t Get It

Be warned, you will have friends who see your bank balance posters with affirmations as silly. They may poo-poo your efforts. Dont worry, you created them! You created them to help you understand the autonomy you have in life. You created them to help you choose your path more clearly. How clever of you, to create people who annoy the hell out of you in order to focus you more wholeheartedly on your personal objectives!
